Can I return an item to you?

This depends on the item you have purchased. If the item is an 'off-the-shelf' item that is not personalised or customised then yes it can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. We do not refund the return cost of items. Please contact us if you need any help with your order.

If the item is personalised or custom made then it is not eligible for a return or refund. This is because statutory law does not apply to items that cannot be resold and are custom made. This does apply to most of our products and many will have a tick box to draw your attention to this matter before purchase.
If the item is faulty though, we will replace it with a non-faulty product within a timely manner. Please contact us if you have any concerns with your order or product, we're happy to help and will always try to find a solution.
